Senior Biologist

Alberta Conservation Association (ACA) is seeking an experienced wildlife professional to lead advanced population monitoring, data analysis, and collaborative conservation projects across Alberta.

This full-time role focuses on ACA’s Wildlife Program and offers the opportunity to work on complex ecological challenges involving ungulates, furbearers, habitat analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

We’re looking for someone with

• Strong expertise in wildlife population ecology and monitoring
• Experience with statistical modelling, GIS, and large-scale datasets
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills
• A passion for practical, science-based conservation

Position based out of one of ACA’s offices in Cochrane, Lethbridge, Peace River, Rocky Mountain House, or Sherwood Park.
