The Alberta Electric System

Operator (AESO) is on a journey to revamp the electricity market, notably through its Market Management System (MMS). As part of the team, you’ll leverage your deep knowledge of the electric utility sector to ensure the smooth implementation of the MMS. Your ability to engage stakeholders and communicate clearly will help bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product backlog, epics, and user stories
• Develop end-to-end process diagrams supporting design
• Contribute to System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product activities
• Support training and change management initiatives Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years’ experience in business analysis
• Proven track record in system implementations
• Familiar with agile methodologies and SCRUM
