The initial enhanced orientation allows you to gain confidence and knowledge, followed by independent practice with continued support. This framework ensures deep learning and skill acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing services to various populations
- Engage in critical thinking for effective patient care
- Educate patients and families for better health outcomes
- Utilize collaborative approaches to health promotion
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and care Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active or prospective registration with CRNA
- BCLS-HCP certification necessary
- Eligible recent graduates within 12 months only
