Medical Affairs Manager in Alberta

Lead Central Corridor Medical Affairs operations with AHS in a hybrid work environment. Your managerial expertise will drive physician workforce planning, support team harmonization, and ensure compliance with medical standards. This Manager position reports to the Director of Medical Affairs, Rural.

You will oversee all zonal operations, including recruitment, finance, and special projects. Collaborating with Medical Leadership is essential for the sustainability of medical services and ensuring optimal results in various contexts. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct physician workforce planning and recruitment initiatives
• Implement and evaluate strategic initiatives for compliance
• Liaise with Medical Leadership and various stakeholders
• Manage financial, human, and material resources effectively
• Oversee all departmental operational harmonization tasks Requirements:
• Previous management experience in a similar setting
• Direct Medical Affairs experience is preferred
• Post-secondary education in Management is an asset
• Strong leadership skills in a complex environment
