Campus Partnership Associate
Alberta Homeless Foundation
AHF is seeking a Campus Partnership Associate to support campus outreach and event coordination at UofC and MRU. This role works closely with the Campus Partnerships Program Manager to help contact student organizations, schedule meetings, and support the planning of campus fundraisers. It is a supportive role for someone who enjoys coordination and community building.
Requirements
Support outreach to student clubs and organizations through email and follow-ups Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and event planning details Assist with preparing simple event materials and coordination checklists
Track contacts and outreach progress in an organized system Support event execution on campus when needed Strong communication and reliability Comfortable working with students and supporting group coordination
Experience in volunteering, campus clubs, or events is an asset Approximately 1 to 5 hours per week About Our Non-Profit The Alberta Homeless Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization focused on supporting unhoused individuals across Calgary and rural Alberta.
