Lead operational excellence as the Director of Regional Operations at 123Dentist in Alberta. In this permanent full-time position, you will oversee a network of dental clinics, managing business and financial outcomes.

Working closely with Regional Managers, you'll ensure operational plans are executed effectively while promoting continuous improvement. Your collaboration with clinical and corporate teams will facilitate the translation of strategic goals into actionable results. Key Responsibilities:

• Own regional performance on profitability and patient satisfaction
• Develop and coach Regional Managers for success
• Maintain strong visibility across multiple clinics
• Manage and execute regional budgets and financial plans
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure accountability Requirements:
• 8+ years in multi-site operations
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
