Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor annual branch budgets
- Achieve profitability across all Agricultural departments
- Manage company assets and optimize inventory mixes
- Evaluate manager performance based on set targets
- Supervise branch operations and participation in events
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in the agricultural sector
- 5+ years in management or business operations
- Degree in business is an asset but not mandatory
- Must have a valid passport for required travel
- Expertise in financial understanding and cost management
