Risk Analyst in Calgary, Alberta

We are looking for a Risk Analyst in Calgary with 1-4 years of commodity risk management experience, particularly in North American crude markets.

A strong understanding of market risk concepts like stress testing and P&L is essential. This role requires advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial hedging as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including Marketing and Accounting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and mitigate risks in marketing positions
• Maintain strong risk governance and control processes
• Publish daily exposure and P&L reports
• Monitor compliance with hedging strategies
• Review ISDA Master Agreements for compliance Requirements:
• 1–4 years in commodity risk management
• Strong knowledge of market risk concepts
• Advanced Excel and experience with coding preferred
• Collaborative mindset for cross-team relationships
