Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Day & After-Hours On-Call Alcohol Delivery Driver role based in Calgary, AB. The driver will respond to delivery requests throughout the day and after hours, pick up alcohol orders from designated retailers, and deliver them to customers in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include reviewing orders, planning routes, verifying customer identification and age, collecting payments where applicable, and obtaining delivery confirmations. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe vehicle, following all traffic and liquor regulations, and providing courteous, respectful service at every interaction. The driver will also communicate with dispatch, report any issues or delays, and be available on-call during assigned shifts to handle peak times and urgent deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, courtesy, and problem-solving.
• Ability to verify customer identification accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Good time-management, route-planning, and basic navigation skills for Calgary and surrounding areas.
• Comfort with handling cash or electronic payments and maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Ability to lift and carry beverage cases safely and stand or drive for extended periods.
• Availability for day shifts and after-hours on-call work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, courier services, or retail liquor environments is an asset.
