Parks Infrastructure Development Coordinator

Become a vital part of enhancing Alberta's park infrastructure as a Capital Systems Planner. In this integral role, you'll assess and plan capital asset systems for Alberta's Parks and Crown Lands.

You'll lead essential infrastructure planning activities including preliminary engineering evaluations and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to address operational needs. Your input will be critical in recommending effective refurbishment or replacement strategies for existing assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize systems for upgrades or replacement
• Undertake condition assessments and engineering evaluations
• Formulate project plans and manage contract compliance
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts
• Support technical planning and community engagement efforts Requirements:
• Technical diploma in engineering or architecture required
• Minimum of 6 years in infrastructure planning or asset management
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and addressing issues
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
