Key Responsibilities

• Conduct policy analysis and development for rural utilities
• Represent the Rural Utilities Section in cross-ministry initiatives
• Create presentations and briefing notes for senior leadership
• Oversee governance compliance for rural utility associations
• Manage rural utility grants and financial collections

Requirements

• Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related area
• Four years of experience in policy roles
• Skills in report writing and policy analysis
• Knowledge of utility regulations and governance
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement
