As a Senior Policy Analyst, your expertise will be vital in analyzing and developing strategies related to rural electric distribution systems. You will prepare comprehensive reports and provide regulatory guidance to support key stakeholders and manage rural utility grants effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead policy research and development for rural utilities
- Coordinate cross-ministry policy initiatives and working groups
- Prepare briefing notes and policy reports for leadership
- Provide regulatory guidance to rural utility associations
- Administer rural utility grants and ensure compliance
Requirements
- University degree in Public Policy or related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in policy research and report writing
- Understanding of governance and utility regulations
