Director of Finance and IT at HSAA

Lead the integration of Finance, Facilities, and IT/IM functions at the Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA). This strategic role focuses on organizational performance and sustainability while managing key portfolios. HSAA is in search of a Director, Finance, Facilities, and Information Technology.

As a senior leader, you'll contribute to long-term planning and strategy while overseeing financial planning and budgeting. Your management expertise will also support procurement, risk management, and organizational measurement, ensuring alignment with HSAA’s goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Shape organizational strategy and provide financial advice
• Lead modernization initiatives with digital transformation
• Oversee governance processes for Finance and IT/IM
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strengthen performance reporting and decision-making tools Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven experience in corporate services management
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks
