This key position requires a leader who will oversee Client Account Managers and Project Managers, ensuring effective business strategies and client satisfaction. You will actively participate in driving sales, leading teams, and developing innovative solutions that align with client needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets for Alberta
- Lead and mentor Client Account and Project Manager teams
- Manage business development pipelines within the CRM
- Develop strategic Client Sales & Marketing Plans
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and teams Requirements:
- 15+ years in industry experience, preferably in oil and gas
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of contracts and risk management
