Reporting directly to the Director of Certificate & Assessment Services, you’ll play a critical role in managing the Assessment Team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team operations, delivering mentorship, and integrating innovative processes to optimize legal assessments. You will collaborate to ensure effective service coverage across Alberta’s diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal assessment team operations daily
- Develop innovative processes and training for team members
- Provide mentorship and legal advice to staff
- Ensure compliance with LAA policies and procedures
- Engage with stakeholders to improve justice access
Requirements
- Law Degree with at least 7 years in Family Law
- Preferred 5 years in a supervisory role
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Justice System
- Skilled in MS Office and case management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
