• Review prescriptions for appropriateness and safety
• Develop and monitor patient health plans
• Prepare and dispense medications effectively
• Manage chronic disease management programs
• Train and oversee pharmacy staff in daily operations Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Valid license with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Injection Administration authorization is an asset
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check required
