Administrative Assistant (Grant Programs) – Contract Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM

Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support grant program administration, including funding assessments, reporting, stakeholder support, and policy coordination in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess grant eligibility, review applications, and ensure compliance with policies
  • Provide support to stakeholders and assist with online systems and agreements
  • Perform data entry, tracking, reporting, and financial/program analysis
  • Monitor inquiries, resolve issues, and support complaint handling
  • Develop and improve policies, procedures, and program processes
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and support decision-making
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation
  • Support team operations, training, and coordination activities

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, grants, or program support
  • Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Experience with databases/online systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret policies and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Public sector or grant program experience
  • Experience with compliance, reporting, or system/process improvements
