Regional Manager for Alberta Employment Connect

You will oversee the rollout of Alberta Employment Connect and ensure consistent, high-quality services while fostering partnerships with employers and community organizations. Your leadership will drive performance improvements, accountability, and client-centered approaches within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Alberta Employment Connect region-wide
• Support recruitment and training of Service Delivery Managers
• Monitor service delivery quality across sites
• Drive performance reviews and operational check-ins
• Build community relationships to support employment outcomes Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Social Services, or related field
• Leadership experience in employment services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage regional operations effectively
