• Lead the setup of Alberta Employment Connect across regions
• Establish and monitor service delivery processes
• Support staff recruitment, training, and performance
• Strengthen community and employer partnerships
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree related to Business or Social Services
• Leadership experience in community program implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical ability for data-driven decisions
