Top Prospects Goaltending (TPG) is looking to expand our coaching team by adding a passionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Goaltending Coach.

If you have high-level playing and/or coaching experience and are committed to developing the next generation of goaltenders, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

High-level playing and/or coaching experience.

Strong understanding of modern goaltending techniques and game concepts.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles.

A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

Team-first mentality with the ability to collaborate within a coaching staff.

Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills.

Passion for mentoring athletes and creating a positive learning environment.

Commitment to continual learning and professional development.

Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend ice sessions.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality on-ice goaltending instruction.

Provide individualized feedback that promotes confidence and long-term development.

Support athletes in their technical, tactical, and mental growth.

Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a consistent development model.

Represent Top Prospects Goaltending with professionalism both on and off the ice.
