Business Partner for Event Coordination

In the role of Business Partner, you will assist the Director of Communications in delivering high-profile events. Your focus will be on planning and executing events that align with Travel Alberta's mission. Strong experience in managing logistics, budgeting, and collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-profile events involving executives
- Manage end-to-end event logistics and vendor contracts
- Integrate brand messaging into event content
- Prepare leadership materials for presentations
- Monitor budgets and evaluate event success
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- At least 5 years in event coordination
- Experience supporting executive events preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Alberta’s tourism sector is a plus
