SAP FICO CONSULTANT L2

Job Description

12-15+ years of experience in SAP FICO and support engagements

• Support complex end-to-end business flows by resolving integration issues between FI/CO and MM (e.g., GR/IR, inventory valuation) and SD (e.g., revenue recognition, billing, credit control)
• Deep configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, New General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Resolve daily FICO support tickets based on SLA priorities. Handle level 2/3 incidents spanning General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO)
• Design and implement minor configurations to address new business requirements. Write and update Functional Specifications (FS) for the ABAP development team
• Investigate recurring system issues, perform RCA, and execute permanent configuration fixes to minimize system downtime
• Guide and assist business users through critical period-closing activities, including foreign currency valuations, tax reconciliations, and asset depreciation runs
• Execute QA and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) documents
• Ability to participate in AMS governance calls, SLA reviews, and engage directly with finance stakeholders globally
