Contractal Restoration Practitioner in Alberta

Join as a Contractual Restoration Practitioner focused on Alberta’s ecological restoration projects. Leverage your skills in restoration planning and field implementation in a flexible work arrangement. In this role, you will provide specialized restoration expertise, supporting various environmental projects including wetland reclamation.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while executing effective restoration solutions throughout Alberta. Your independent contractor status allows for operational flexibility within structured projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support habitat and erosion control restoration efforts
- Conduct field assessments for project planning
- Design and implement restoration monitoring programs
- Collaborate with regulators and Indigenous stakeholders
- Assist in proposal development for restoration initiatives Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in relevant environmental field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in Alberta projects
- Field skills to operate in diverse conditions
