Transportation Engineer

The Transportation Engineer Safety and Systems is responsible for a systems approach to traffic safety and operations, traffic signal, street lighting planning and engineering duties related to intersection configuration, signal phasing, and design, and implementation of detailed and complex signal timing plans. This position manages inquiries from the public, staff and other organizations or agencies related to safety policies plans and projects, intersection analysis, signals and street lighting.
