- Inspire and mentor Supervisors managing frontline healthcare teams
- Oversee daily operations and align resources with organizational goals
- Champion a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop programs to tackle complex operational challenges
- Engage with affiliates and partners to strengthen collaborative relationships Requirements:
- Graduate from an ACP-approved program, current ACP registration
- Valid Alberta Class 4 Operator’s License with a maximum of 6 demerits
- Minimum of five years progressive leadership experience
- Proven expertise in resource management and conflict resolution
- Strong quality improvement and change management skills Lead transformational initiatives in Emergency Health Services by applying your operational and leadership acumen.
