• Inspire and mentor Supervisors managing frontline healthcare teams
• Oversee daily operations and align resources with organizational goals
• Champion a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop programs to tackle complex operational challenges
• Engage with affiliates and partners to strengthen collaborative relationships Requirements:
• Graduate from an ACP-approved program, current ACP registration
• Valid Alberta Class 4 Operator’s License with a maximum of 6 demerits
• Minimum of five years progressive leadership experience
• Proven expertise in resource management and conflict resolution
