Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a Dispatch Service Supervisor to help lead and support our dispatch team, keep daily operations moving efficiently, and make sure our technicians are routed properly and customers are taken care of.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage moving parts without getting overwhelmed, and knows how to keep a team accountable while still being supportive.
What You’ll Be Doing
Dispatch Team Coordination
Help manage the day-to-day performance of the dispatch team, making sure calls are being completed, follow-ups are happening, and the team is staying on task throughout the day.
Routing & Logistics
Plan and adjust technician routes for efficiency, urgency, and location to help reduce drive time, improve productivity, and keep schedules running smoothly.
Daily Accountability
Monitor call activity, appointment progress, technician movement, and customer scheduling to ensure the dispatch team is meeting expectations and priorities.
Customer Communication Support
Assist with customer concerns, appointment updates, ETA communication, and scheduling issues to help maintain a strong customer experience.
Team Support
Act as a point of support for dispatch staff by answering questions, helping solve scheduling conflicts, and stepping in when priorities need to shift quickly.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with technicians, office staff, and management to make sure the day stays organized from the first call to the last job.
Process Improvement
Help identify inefficiencies in scheduling, dispatch flow, and communication, and bring forward ideas to improve workflow and response times.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts based on business needs, including:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexibility is required to support daily operations and ensure coverage throughout the day.

Requirements
- Preferred, but not mandatory, 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or team coordination
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling systems, CRM platforms, Google Maps, and office software
- Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or trades is an asset but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
Pay: $47,705.75-$65,000.00 per year
