Receptionist/Administrator

Balance Point Integrative Medicine is a multiple disciplinary clinic located in lower mission area of Kelowna. We provide Acupuncture, Chinese Medicinal Herbs, Massage therapist and Osteopathy.

We have opening for a receptionist . 20 hours per week. It will be afternoon shifts from 12:30 PM to 6:30 or 6:45 PM. Tuesday , Thursday and Friday afternoon. Saturdays. We are a busy clinic and looking for a person that's good at multi-tasking and doesn't get overwhelmed easily. This job requires someone who is compassionate, patience, and friendly as well as good communication and organization skills. Computer skills are a necessity.
