As Senior
Manager for Workforce Analytics, you will guide HSAA's analytical function impacting system-wide decisions. Your leadership will inform collective bargaining through real-time economic analysis and strategic planning across Alberta's health landscape. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights that serve executive and board-level needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workforce analytics and economics functions
- Produce actionable insights for collective bargaining
- Develop analytical frameworks and datasets
- Ensure analysis is embedded in decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders for effective understanding Requirements:
- Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 10–15 years in health system analysis or related roles
- Familiarity with publicly funded health systems
- Strong skills in translating data into strategic insights
