Manager for Workforce Analytics, you will guide HSAA's analytical function impacting system-wide decisions. Your leadership will inform collective bargaining through real-time economic analysis and strategic planning across Alberta's health landscape. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights that serve executive and board-level needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce analytics and economics functions
• Produce actionable insights for collective bargaining
• Develop analytical frameworks and datasets
• Ensure analysis is embedded in decision-making processes

• Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10–15 years in health system analysis or related roles
