Painter/Labourer

Job Summary

We’re a residential and commercial painting company, new to the Okanagan and based in Kelowna. Our work occasionally takes us from Penticton to Vernon, and we’re currently seeking painting subcontractors to join our growing team. Duties

• Perform surface preparation, including caulking and sanding
• Apply primers, paints, and finishes to a variety of surfaces
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned work accurately
• Follow safety guidelines
• Clean and organize work area daily
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Your impact: Careful preparation and dependable teamwork help customers receive quality finishes and colleagues keep work on schedule.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Own WCB and liability insurance required
• Responsible for own transportation to and from job site.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A minimum of 2-5 years professional painting experience
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
