Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a positive shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
• Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
• Provide knowledgeable support on technology sales, including basic product features and benefits
• Manage phone etiquette by answering questions professionally and directing calls as needed
• Ensure timely completion of cash register reconciliations, daily reports, and inventory logs

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail merchandising standards
• Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently
• Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for connecting with a broader customer base
