SAP Project Lead

Summary

The SAP Project Lead will manage the local implementation of a new SAP ERP system, partnering with global and local teams to support a standardized Finance & Controlling solution. This role ensures local readiness for deployment, including planning, testing, training, data migration, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent local Finance and Controlling requirements in global SAP template design.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and business stakeholders throughout the rollout.
• Manage local project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Support data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Track actions, resolve issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive user readiness, change management, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with SAP/ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Experience

• SAP template-based rollout experience.
• Knowledge of testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare.
• Project management certification or training.
• Experience in a standardized finance environment.
